I feel Blessed to have received all my knowledge in Music from my GURUS who have taught me with great love and affection always showering their Blessings on me. And constantly teaching the ethical values to be practiced as a Performer and Teacher

NAAD refers to the Pure Sound of Music and SHRINGAR is the ARTISTIC DECORATION – So “Naad Shringar” symbolizes Artistic Decoration of Musical notes.My Sadhana over the years has taught me that Music is my medium of Prayer and I Worship my Musical Notes as the with an Artistic Expression as an Offering to the DIVINE. My Guruji Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia motivated and inspired me to think about establishing a suitable academy with the traditional values of teaching on the lines of the ancient study style in a Gurukul. Knowing my own limitations to establish something of this kind set me into thinking about it constantly and I dreamt of it passionately and really worked hard to make this happen. Luckily my family members including my Mother, elder brother and sister stood as the biggest support to put a structure in place in my father’s memory and the Academy stands strong on the foundation of “ESWAR DHAAM” which is named after my late father. It was probably the Divine Ordinance that this has become possible an the Grace of my GURU together with my parents Blessings and family support has all come together for NAAD SHRINGAR to become a reality
Being a Professional Flautist and Music Composer I have specialized in the Hindustani Classical Music form and having spent my time with this subject since my childhood, I breath and live music. I can boldly say that I probably know nothing else better other than my BANSURI and music today. Also having studied other forms of music to familiarise myself with such genres to make myself a complete musician I have a passion for all kinds of melodious forms of music and have tuned myself to the subject with all earnestness and honesty in a way to not only enjoy myself but also to go into greater heights of understanding and appreciate music irrespective of which genre or country it belongs to.
Rajeshji has setup with his Academy with the sole purpose of quality education in Music. Rajeshji’s vision is to conduct more Workshops and Lecture Demonstrations at his Academy and also in other places to introduce music in a simple and interesting way to encourage people of appreciate and educate in Music. This is a long vision and would take several years of rigorous efforts to achieve the same.
I have been training students in Music since early 90’s and I am presently wanting to focus on spreading my educational activity in a bigger way by taking up more teaching opportunities through my ACADEMY collaborating with various institutions and teaching platforms with in India as well as other countries. Having taught several foreigners over the years, it’s very encouraging to see them being responsive and committed in their learning with dedication and seriousness. This has inspired me to really grow as a TRUE GUIDE to students and I have devised and customized several techniques of imparting music education depending on the individual and collective needs of students. I wish to work with Universities and Academy groups relating to Music Departments to emphasize on the importance of learning through workshops and lecture demonstrations including performances.
